Israel Irenshtain, founder of PointView Coaching, began his coaching journey in 2008, guiding people around the world to improve both their personal and financial lives. Early on, Israel focused on enhancing personal skills such as confidence, communication, boundaries, decision-making, and purpose. Over time, clients began seeking his expertise for their professional lives, especially in businesses they owned.

Israel later pursued professional coaching studies at New York University and is now a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). With a combination of years of experience and formal training, Israel partners with businesses to transform their operations, unlock new opportunities, and achieve lasting results.

PointView’s approach is built on proven coaching methods and frameworks, customized to fit each client’s unique needs and challenges.
